Zoho Inventory integrates with Zoho Desk to bring you the speediest communication with your customers. This integration helps you make sure that your customer service representatives and your sales team are always connected to your back office so they can immediately respond to order-related information, invoices, shipments, and more. Your representatives can also create orders on demand and link invoices and transactions with customer tickets, even without complete access to your Zoho Inventory account.

If the Invoice is created in zoho desk for a customer can I then send this to my customer without switching to zoho inventory?

Thank you for sharing your question.

With an active integration in place, you could generate an invoice from Zoho Desk and have it effortlessly sent to the customer without having to switch over. I have included a few screenshots for your perusal.

Tracking serial number of the product sold in ZOHO DESK ?

Hi,

Thanks for following us here.
You can definitely have the Serial Numbers shown in Zoho Desk app when being integrated with your Zoho Inventory.
You can click on the inventory icon to the left of your ticket and click on Invoices and open the relevant invoice. This will open up the complete invoice and you should find the serial number right below in the item item details.

Hi, is it possible to connect via accounts versus contacts? We sell B2B by account name, not a contact since there are multiple contacts per account.

Hi Christina,

Ofcourse, any Customer in Zoho Inventory can be created as accounts in Zoho Desk/Zoho CRM while setting up the integration and hence the associated transactions to that account will also be listed next to the specific ticket.

No worries, we can help you with that. Our support team will follow up with you on this soon. In the meanwhile, I would suggest that you can follow this link to know more about this integration.

Also, I would suggest you to take a look at your Product's Item sync in Zoho Desk to see if it is setup correctly. You can find this from Zoho Desk settings(gear icon) >> Marketplace >> Zoho >> Zoho Inventory >> Configuration details >> Field Mapping(Edit). Kindly make sure the right fields are mapped.

Dear zoho team,

We have multiple warehouses, sometimes when we make sales order, client have to pick up the goods from 2 different warehouses

While zoho always show only one warehouse or inventory while make packing or shipping note.

Anyway to select multiple warehouses while making shipping or. Packing note please

I am afraid we do not have an option to associate multiple Warehouses to a single Sales Transaction, but this is definitely something we have in our plans. We will keep you posted regarding the same as we have this under review.
