If the Invoice is created in zoho desk for a customer can I then send this to my customer without switching to zoho inventory?

Thanks for following us here.
You can definitely have the Serial Numbers shown in Zoho Desk app when being integrated with your Zoho Inventory.
You can click on the inventory icon to the left of your ticket and click on Invoices and open the relevant invoice. This will open up the complete invoice and you should find the serial number right below in the item item details.

Hi, is it possible to connect via accounts versus contacts? We sell B2B by account name, not a contact since there are multiple contacts per account.

Ofcourse, any Customer in Zoho Inventory can be created as accounts in Zoho Desk/Zoho CRM while setting up the integration and hence the associated transactions to that account will also be listed next to the specific ticket.
