Automate Note Creation for Service Appointments

Thank you for your continued support in helping resolve previous issues — it's truly appreciated.
I'm currently working on automating another workflow using Deluge in the Service_Appointment module. Specifically, I want to automatically create a Note under the “Notes” section (Service Appointment module) whenever a Service Appointment is created.
The Note should include details of all Equipment resources assigned to the Service Appointment. Below are the details I would like to include in the Note content:

Equipment Name
-
Equipment Serial Number (
Equipment_Serial_Number) -
Calibration Status (
Calibration_Status__C) -
Calibration Due Date (
Calibration_Due1__C) -
Owner (
Owner__C)
