After a ticket is created, with a lot of fields filled is it possible to create a custom function or workflow that creates a number of tickets with the info filled in the first ticket?
Example : A ticket is created by HR with name, surname,e-mail, job position,job location, hardware needed etc...
And after this a ticket is created for each of this :
New employee form
Hardware needed
HR training academy
Etc
In this case the main ticket that remains open and should be treated by the team responsible for that, and 3 other tickets are created with the pre filled fields in the main ticket.
With workflow its possible to change layout and fill some fields, but i want something that uses the information filled in the main ticket and passes to others
