Here's what I'm looking for:
Initiate a Zoho Assist session from the 'Contact' page in CRM. Capture 'Start Time', 'Duration', and 'Session Notes' for easy display in the Contact page.
Generate a report for that client showing the Time, Duration, and Notes for each session and display accumulated time spent on these sessions.
When I generate an invoice (for the account), I want to include the session data report as a PDF.
Optionally, (and in addition) I would like to automate an email (or a yes/no checkbox) at the end of each session to the contact.
