I'm trying to figure out why the Ticket Owner is blank, but the Ticket Owner Name isn't.
Referring to the attachments:
1st Screenshot: Zoho Desk
Ticket Owner is unassigned, but an agent has interacted with the ticket.
2nd screenshot: Zoho Analytics > Tickets table
Ticket Owner is blank, but the agent who interacted with the ticket reflects in the Ticket Owner Name
Why would the agent's name reflect in the Ticket Owner Name, if he isn't the owner of the ticket?
