I have created another Bookings topic for the inability to access my CRM contact list on the Bookings Mobil android app.
If that issue can be solved, it would help 9not solve, but help( with this issue outlined below.
When a new booking is made on line or through my windows desktop, I have the Bookings "registration form" for ALL "Workspaces and Services" set to gather "location" information.
When I create a new customer on the Bookings Android Mobil app, the app only requests/allows name, phone, & email. I cannot use the Mobil app to create a new contact or lead, as I need location information for the outside sale appointment.
I have to create the contact in CRM capturing "location" information, and then create a new Bookings customer and appointment that I hope will correctly sync to CRM contacts, in order to tie the new Bookings customer to a CRM contact record that contains Location info
The Bookings CRM app needs to request the same registration information as the desktop Bookings app when I am creating a appointment for a new Contact.
Can anyone help with this?
