Bookings Features to be improved

Hi,

I was wondering if you could pass on my suggestions to a dev team. I am currently looking for a software solution that enables my customers to book online. I was very impressed with the range of apps that Zoho offers however I am a little curious as to why the basic requirements I have can't be met with your bookings app...

For example, I needed to sell a service on an hourly price basis but with a minimum of x hours, that is very basic and was hoping this could be changed quite easily. I also wanted to mention other requirements while I am writing to you that would suit a lot of other businesses I am sure;

being able to work on memberships recurring or not with for example redeemable hours/sessions from a package of xx hours/sessions - or booking window rules depending on the level of membership
Being able to manage a number of spaces with or without an associated staff member
I have noticed that "services" are called "spaces" which doesn't make sense, businesses offer services so why set them up as spaces?
Have some flexibility around starting times options/durations adjustments
Have the possibility to create add-ons/extra services that could be added right after a booking selection
Enable packages creation
Coupons & Gift cards
Products for sale
Le list of features would go on and on ...

I would suggest some competitive intelligence in that area, for example simplybook.me or skedda are very well developed on a booking management level, however, they do not offer the whole range of software solutions like you do...
