Brand New and have some questions
Hi everyone. I am brand new to Zoho and have some questions I need help with.
1. I just imported a bunch of contacts and most of them don't have any association with an account. However, an account is required to add them to pipelines it seems. Can I get rid of the account module all together?
2. How do I add people from contacts into pipelines. I have all my contacts from a previous CRM so some of them have already gone through a pipeline and I want to reflect that in ZOHO.
3. I have some contacts who are recurring membership clients and pay monthly membership fees. How can I reflect this in the CRM
4. Am I able to show clients in a pipeline even after their deals are completed?
