Buggy Workflow
Hi, Zoho Campaign is a bit buggy at the moment. Whenver I try to follow the instructions here the entire workflow will break.
Conditions to break workflow:
- Trigger: Connect to a a list/segment
- Create a "send email" element (under action)
- Create a "Email Activity" element (under conditions)
- Link all 3 systems together
- The system breaks
Results of workflow breaking
- ALL elements of the workflow will disappear from the workspace and minimap ( bottom right corner)
- Refreshing the page will result in the default startup screen
- User is unable to insert new enables or edit existing ones
- User is forced to create a new workflow from scratch
