Build Forms like a Pro
Are you using our form builder to its full potential? We've put together a list of features that you should be using to get the most out of your forms.
Asking too many questions on a single page can overwhelm those who fill out your forms. Instead, breaking up longer forms into pages can give a more coherent flow for collecting responses. By using this feature with Rules, you can configure your form to display certain pages based on the user's responses to certain questions.
This is a feature you should be taking full advantage of. Our Theme Editor allows you to tweak the look and feel of your form just how you want it. Make it as elegant or as quirky as you please. You can pick a theme from our Themes Gallery or customize it to your heart's content to reflect your brand. You can even add your brand's logo to further personalize your form. Just upgrade to one of our paid plans and use this feature as you see fit.
If you want to stay on top your form submissions, just configure email notifications each time you recieve a form submission. You can also configure Rules to notify a particular person on your team depending on certain field responses. This makes delegating tasks SO much easier! If you haven't done this yet, go on, make life easier.
Zoho Forms gives you a lot of fields to display your options to respondents like multiple choice, radio buttons, dropdown, etc. but the best way (for most forms at least) is the Image Choices. Visual options are way more appealing than just text, no?
A very useful feature for mobile forms like order confirmation or complaint forms. Respondents could sign off on any submission which is a very satisfying feeling, don't you think?
