Calculating time doesn't work anymore

Calculating time doesn't work anymore

Hi,

I'm using the sheet 2010_Arbeitszeit for calculating my working hours. Since a few days all calculations are failing and the most formattings are deleted.

1.: In cols B, C, and D the format was german time format for 24 hours, e.g. "16:45". Now it is re-reformatted as "4:45:00 PM"
2.: Col D should be "00:30" (30 minutes break), but now it's "12:30:00 PM"
3.: Col E is the same as Col D, but as decimals (=24*D15), which doesn't work anymore
