Hello. Does anyone have a solution to be able to sort ONE field chronologically in the related list "Closed Activities" where all of the the Closed Activities no matter if its a call completed or task completed will be in order.
Case example: We complete calls, send followup emails and send letters to contacts. As we complete a call, we send follow up letters and emails, we mark the tasks completed. The problem is when we want to see all of the Closed activities in chronological order, i,e, what are all of the activities in order of date that we have completed for the contact, we have an issue. We can either sort Calls Completed chronologically and then sort Task completed chronologically. This makes it very difficult to see EVERYTHING completed in chronological order to track everything we've done for the contact in order.
We tried using Modified Date as a universal field but there becomes an issue when someone needs to go back to competed tasks in the past and adds more to the description. That forces the modified date to the top chronologically and now you have an inaccurate view of when you've completed the task ask it compares to other tasks or calls completed.
I think this is a very universal issue everyone has come across. Zoho support or anyone in the community, we desperately need to make this problem go away and would love to hear your suggestions. We want to use the call module separate from the task module. There has to be a field that universally says when a call or task was completed. We just can't find it.
