Can't start a meeting
I have been able to start meetings in the past with no issues but since we changed firewalls I can't anymore. I've worked with the firewall admin to verify that nothing should be blocked and we've watched the network traffic.
I can get as far as the toolbar attempting to connect, eventually it goes gray. This has happened on a number of different computers two of which I've used in the past successfully. Which is why I'm thinking it's a network thing.
Do you have any documentation about what needs to be open on the firewall? I've attached my log file if that helps.
