I'm unable to add a user to a group. This user has an email forwarding defined in Zoho, but I've added it previously to other groups with success.
Current behavior:
1) In Group > Members, I add the email using the "Add Members" text area.
2) There's a yellow popup message that the member has been added successfully and his status is "green" (Active).
3) The user never gets the email saying that he was added to the group. This is strange because every other user received this welcome email.
4) If I refresh the Group > Members, the new member has a "grey" status now, and if I try to activate it by clicking the grey circle the user receives an email stating that he has been unsubscribed.
Can you tell me what's wrong?
Is there a problem now (there wasn't before) with group members having a forwarding address defined?
