Cannot receive email from Zoho Analytics

Cannot receive email from Zoho Analytics

 I'm new to zoho so I would appreciate your help. 
I'm will use zoho analytics to create report and dashboards. 
I was trying to add new user as viewer but the problem is that I cannot add
any new user if his/her email in ending with Gmail or private email. 

I've followed the same steps as explained in zoho email configuration page but my users 
still did not receive any email from zoho analytics. 

What could be the possible issue? did I miss something?
