Hi there,
I'm currently configuring Zoho One for our CRM needs and I've encountered a challenge related to pricing structures. Our business model requires utilizing different pricing for various account categories, specifically for Dealers and Integrators. In trying to implement this, I intended to use the Price Books feature in Zoho CRM, but I'm unable to locate this module.
It seems to be absent from the settings, and I'm wondering if it has been replaced or removed.
Additionally, I explored the CPQ feature but found it unsuitable for our requirements. The CPQ functionality appears limited to percentage-based price adjustments, which doesn't align with our needs. Our pricing structure involves individually calculated prices, not uniform percentage changes. To manage this, I've already imported products into the CRM with distinct price fields for Retail, Dealer, and Integrator.
The goal is to have the quote prices automatically adjust according to these category-specific prices.
I'm finding this aspect of Zoho CRM unexpectedly complex and challenging to navigate.
Any advice or suggestions on how to efficiently set up this essential functionality would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.
