On October 21, 2024, we encountered a critical issue with our email services through Zoho, affecting all 43 users in our organization. Initially, at 10:30 AM, all users experienced delays in receiving emails. However, the situation escalated to a complete outage, with no emails being delivered as of 2:00 PM, significantly disrupting our daily operations. In response, I contacted Zoho Support via email to report the initial delay and request urgent resolution. Following the escalation to a complete outage, I sent a follow-up email emphasizing the critical nature of the issue and the need for immediate attention. We urgently require Zoho Support to investigate and resolve this email delivery issue to restore normal operations.
