I've been using a custom Canvas on my Account and Contact pages for over 2 years, and haven't even changed then in that time, but as of this morning, none of them work. Any account or contact I click on only opens a black page (save for the footer where I can switch to the "Standard View"). The standard view does work and I can see everything in it, but I need the custom canvas (as does the rest of my team, it's the same for ALL of us)...
Is there a known problem with ZOHO canvases at the moment? I need to fix this ASAP!

The issue with accessing the records via Canvas view was immediately rectified. We are locking the post as the issue is resolved.
