Canvas not updating in Portals
I've set up a Canvas page with a drop-down button and Send Mail button, and the blocks at the bottom for Notes, Attachments, Tasks, Quotes/Pos etc.
It works fine on mine version. However, when I send it, the user cannot see the drop-down button, and can only see some of the blocks at the bottom. They cannot see Attachments, Emails, Timeline.
Also, they can't create quotes, Pos etc
Emails may not show because no email address is linked? But I can't see where they can set this up.
It also gives the option of switching between Standard and Canvas. I want to lock in Canvas only. Is this possible?
