I'm encountering an issue with contact synchronization between Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. Once the feature to add secondary contacts to tickets in CC is enabled, I notice that it's creating Contacts in Zoho CRM for all the emails that are CC'd.
Firstly, I need to know if there's a way to keep the CC functionality active but prevent it from generating new contacts in CRM.
If that's not possible, then I need the contacts created in these circumstances to fulfill certain mandatory fields, which currently the synchronization ignores. Is it possible to restrict the creation of contacts, or at least control how it registers them? Currently, it's only registering emails, without a name or any other data, ignoring all mandatory fields that a contact should have.
