Centralized rights administration
I recognize that Tables is designed to straddle the space between spreadsheets and Creator, which is a great concept. At this point, it's way over on the spreadsheet side of that straddle, and it needs to move further away.
One thing I'd really like to see is a centralized administrator function. Administrators would have a console where they could see each user and assign / remove rights from that user. Rights would include level of privileges for each table (record view, comment, add, delete; table modification; view modification).
