I'm writing to propose a valuable feature request that would streamline data management and improve user experience within Zoho Cliq: enhanced visibility and accessibility of channel and chat IDs.
Current Limitation:
Currently, Zoho Cliq administrators lack direct access to channel and chat IDs within the administrative interface. This necessitates manually joining each channel to obtain their respective IDs, a time-consuming and inefficient process.
Proposed Feature:
We request the inclusion of a each channel and chat IDs within the Zoho Cliq admin panel in the same place we can see now the comprehensive list of all channels within the organization.
Benefits:
By implementing this feature, Zoho Cliq will empower administrators to manage and utilize channel and chat data more effectively, leading to improved overall platform functionality.
