Fidèle à son habitude, Zoho France vous réserve chaque année de nombreuses mises à jour, des événements marquants, des activités diversifiées et bien d'autres surprises. L'année 2024 ne fait pas exception : voici donc tout ce que vous avez peut-être raté cette année !

Webinars

Depuis toujours, nos webinaires sont une opportunité idéale pour vous faire découvrir nos dernières mises à jour, partager des astuces pratiques et bien plus encore. Cette année, nous avons ouvert la saison avec un webinaire consacré aux "Nouvelles fonctionnalités du CRM". Ensuite, nous avons enchaîné avec plusieurs webinaires autour de Zoho One, tels que "Vos premiers pas sur Zoho One" et "10 clés pour booster votre productivité et collaboration". Que vous soyez novice ou utilisateur expérimenté, ces webinaires vous permettent d'optimiser votre utilisation de produits Zoho. Vous n’avez pas pu assister à nos sessions ou souhaitez les revoir ? Ateliers

En juin juin, nous avons organisé des ateliers CRM Plus sur deux jours. Cette formation a eu lieu à Paris a permis aux participants de se familiariser avec les différents modules de CRM Plus et de bénéficier d'une expérience pratique. Ils ont également pu profiter d’une assistance sur place assurée par nos équipes techniques, disponibles pour répondre à toutes leurs questions.


Community

  • Meet-ups

Les Meetups sont une belle opportunité pour échanger régulièrement avec vous. Cette année, une série de Meet-ups s’est tenue en mars et en novembre. En mars, nous avons eu le plaisir de vous retrouver à Paris, Lille et Dijon pour discuter des meilleures pratiques de gestion de votre CRM. En novembre, les Meet-ups ont eu lieu à Paris et Lyon, avec un focus sur les Kiosques, les Wizards (Assistants) et une introduction au CRM for Everyone. Nous remercions chaleureusement nos clients d’avoir participé à ces événements, malgré les premiers flocons de neige à Paris en novembre et le froid hivernal de Lyon. Pour ceux qui n’ont pas pu y assister, voici les présentations des différentes sessions.
De nouveaux Meet-ups sont déjà en préparation pour 2025 ! Les dates, thèmes et villes (une toute nouvelle destination), seront communiqués très prochainement. Nous espérons vous y accueillir en grand nombre. Vous souhaitez qu’un Meetup soit organisé dans votre ville ?   • Forums

Les forums en ligne constituent un espace communautaire où vous pouvez poser toutes vos questions sur Zoho. Nous serons ravis de vous orienter vers l'équipe appropriée, de vous aider à résoudre vos problèmes ou de vous guider. Nous partageons également des mises à jour régulières sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités, les produits récemment lancés pour la France, ainsi que sur le développement de l'entreprise. Notre objectif est de tenir la communauté française informée de tout ce que Zoho vous propose tout au long de l'année.
Cette année, nous avons poursuivi sur notre lancée en introduisant de nombreuses nouveautés, telles que FSM en français, Zoho IoT, Backstage 2.0, Zoho Analytics 6.0, et bien d'autres. Nous avons également partagé des astuces pratiques, Marketing automation et Zoho CRM intégration, Zoho CRM et WorkDrive, Zoho Desk et Assist et plus encore. Mais ce n'est pas tout : des mises à jour de fonctionnalités ont également vu le jour, telles que les webinaires à la demande ou le module Applications dans Zoho Recruit, entre autres.
De plus, au début de chaque mois, nous publions le Community Digest, un récapitulatif de tous les sujets abordés au cours du mois précédent.
