We require development of a lead management system for our personal injury law firm.
It would need to integrate both as a Web Form (using graphics from our web developer) and serve as a phone intake system for telephone calls.
Fields should be dynamic in that different fields should be available depending upon category (e.g. auto accident injury, nursing home injury, etc.) Should have the ability to automatically classify follow-up assignments and notification based on criteria entered into the system (e.g. automatically classify lead as "high priority", "low priority," etc.) These routing criteria should be able to be user modified. Should be able to generate reports for follow-up and integrate with Google Apps or Microsoft Outlook in order to calendar follow-up activity. Should be able to export data to spreadsheet to mail merge into follow up correspondence. Should have a field for each client lead to track notes of follow-up calls with client lead. Should be able to generate a variety of reports/graphics to track call intakes by marketing category and ROI.
