My team and I need help troubleshooting our CommandCenter journey. Let me walk you through it:
My team and I have created a pipeline follow up journey in CommandCenter. Specifically, we created a 'Quote Sent- Follow Up' campaign. This journey is triggered on the edit of any deal layout when a rep moves them to this pipeline stage of 'Quote Sent- Follow Up' (see attached screenshot of trigger 1).
First trigger Once they are added to this journey through this trigger, they are moved to a state called "Quote Sent." This state has scheduled actions over a 60 day period to encourage the customer to purchase their quote. (see attached screenshot)
The Issue:
To remove the deal from this state we set up a trigger 2. This is triggered if a rep moves the deal to either a "Won" stage or "Lost" stage so they will stop receiving emails, texts, and call reminders to purchase their quote since they have either purchased their quote or stated to the rep they are not interested anymore. (see attached screenshot of trigger and condition). The issue is even if these deals are moved to either 'Won' or 'Lost' stages they are still receiving emails, texts, and call reminders.
Upon this trigger, they are added to an unresponsive state with no actions.
Is there anything we are missing as far as understanding how CommandCenter works? Do you happen to see any errors in our journey that might be the cause of this issue?
