Sales Team enters Opportunities in CRM. One Field in CRM module opportunities will be populated with a number. Based on this number sales person receives commission. Commission is progressive and due monthly. Example: if revenue is up to 6000 Euro, then commission rate is 35%, from 6000 - 7000 commission rate will be 35%...and so on. There are 4 commission stages. Report shall show, each sales rep per month and their earned commission. Everything must work as custom module in CRM. Report must be printable into PDF. Each new month the values have to be reset and saved (for year to date values). Calculation is based every month on monthly goal.
