Hello there, folks! Here's the last piece of the pie. With this December digest, our digest series of 2022 is complete! Take a look.
Announcements:
- New enhancements in Zia: You can now organize, measure, and scale your business activities with the help of Advanced filters for similarity recommendation, enrichment history and enrichment usage, and new components added to the native prediction builder. Refer to the post to learn more about them.
- Update on the Zoho Survey-CRM integration: For ease of selecting the survey from the CRM record, we have added the department option from Zoho Survey as a filter. You can now categorize the surveys based on departments. This categorization also applies to your record's "take survey" option.
- Subforms can now be marked as mandatory. Refer to the post for more information.
- [Early Access] Introducing Circuits in Zoho CRM. Circuits enable you to orchestrate the business flow through functions and leverage your sales force automation. Look into the announcement to get more details.

Functions:
- Check out the code shared by @Ishwarya SG to close Tasks that have passed their due date.
- You might want to check out this Deluge workaround to attach a Zoho WorkDrive folder to a deal, as @Glenn Payne did and benefited from it as well.
- Based on a field validation rule, add a warning to the meeting create / edit page. For example, here we've shared a code to alert the user if the start time entered is earlier than the current time.
- Are you aware that you can execute a Function at scheduled intervals in Zoho CRM? Check this post by @Kevin Kinsella and the updated code shared by @Pheranda Nongpiur to get it to work.
- Check how @Robby Belliveau uses scheduled Functions to hourly to query all the entries in a custom module and write to a "date/time field."

- Check out@Duncan Naylor's important note on the format the API expects when interacting with the 'DateTime' field.
- Kudos to @Nagarajan M for coming up with great solutions on how to validate field entries using Client Script.
- Learn how to use Client Script for validating the length of the data entered in a field and set a field as mandatory.

Hi there, We need advice on the Amazon integration with Zoho Inventory. Now, we want to convert all the Sales orders synced from Amazon to Invoices.
