Hello dear Zoho Marketing community. I have a question about Journeys.
We need to send a series of emails, triggered X days after the date field (defined by Lead when submitting a web form). Tree planting date in this case.
The email series depend on one more criteria (specified by Lead also): Mango | Orange | Apple. It will be something like farming cycle tips.
[Form] Tree planting date: 7 july 2021
Multiselect field: Mango | Orange | Apple
For example.
If client choose "Mango", then he enters the Mango Journey, receiving series of emails, where the 1 email is sent 100 days after the Date specified (!) by user.
The 2nd email = 30 days after that.
For Apple Journey the delay for the 1 email will be 50 days after the date, the second - 20, and so on.
And is it possible for 1 Lead to join both Journeys (Mango and Apple)? So he receives both series of emails? Probably there is an option of having 1 Journey with different emails/delays? Is there any limit on the number of Journeys we can create in Zoho Marketing Automation?
