Is it ok for different contacts share the same name?
When I create a contact which has the same name with an existing contact in Zoho Desk website, it says "Duplicate Contacts with this name "X" already exist". But it still allow me to create it.
On the other hand, I can create a contact without email address, but I can't create contact which has the same email with existing contacts.
1.I'd like to know, from a developer view, do I need to keep both email and name unique in my company database, or just email is enough.
2.Is All the data connected with a contact in Zoho Desk established around their email, name or contactId or what?
