Take a lead component like this:
This is always inaccurate because no lead components in the dashboards appear to include converted leads. So even a "Leads Aquired this Month" isn't accurate. It's crazy!
This particular component does a comparison against last year but the #s are always WAY off because it's comparing this month with less converted leads to last year's leads which are mostly converted.
This makes no sense at all, and is a major flaw in zoho's presentation/data integrity.
I understand with reports you can run these with the filters set to "Is Converted" = true & "Is Converted" = false, but you are unable to implement that workaround in the Dashboards module.
