Converting Lead per Type

Converting Lead per Type

Hello,

We have an issue in Zoho analytics. it looks like the data is not imported correctly

When we convert a lead => Account we then Edit the new created Account to update a custom field "Account Type" to 1 of 3 options: 
- active
- non active
-prospect

I try to create a Pivot table / chart in Zoho Analytics to see how many Leads are converted per month per person but also to see how many became active accounts, how many become Non active Accounts and how many become prospect accounts.
Zoho Analytics shows always that all accounts are Account Type "Active" how is that possible ? (See pictures)
Is there a better way to see this ?
