In my research, I delved into automation workflows and discovered a method to automatically convert a Lead to a Contact and Account. However, I noticed a gap – there's no direct option to convert a Lead solely to a Contact.
Manually converting a Lead to just a Contact in ZohoCRM by removing the "Company" field results in the Lead being removed entirely. While this workaround achieves the desired outcome, it sacrifices the original Lead entry and proves time-consuming. Preserving the Lead entry is essential as it holds valuable data. Thus, I'm actively seeking a solution to extract only the contact details into the Contacts database while retaining the original Lead entry.
Is there a way to automatically create a Contact with relevant information when a Lead is generated? This would enable us to maintain the Lead entry while synchronizing the Contact with our Campaigns.
