There are not many employees in our company. So, their areas of responsibility are clearly defined. One of the employees (Alex) is responsible for forms and their integration with CRM. In Zoho Forms' settings, his access type is "Super Admin". My access is "Admin" and "Owner".
Sometimes we need to change something in the forms. There is a 7-hour difference between me and Alex. In this case, I could resolve the issues myself. But I don't see the forms created by Alex.
How can I change settings to have access to ALL forms in Zoho without using special Shared folders? I can freely change user access, but for some reason Alex has higher rights in Zoho Forms (I don't know how this happened).
Please tell me where and how I can set up access rights in order to have full access to the contents of Zoho Form.
