Creating stunning email in Campaigns

Hello, Zoho Campaign folks, 

First of all, I want to say, thank you so very very much for Campaigns. Its an absolutely wonderful product, chock full of some unbelievable features. 

I'm wondering why the email builder template is absolutely beautiful and easy to use, but it produces dull and templates.  i just created a site zoho sites and it's stunning (seriously check it out tocpa.zohosites.com) . Now i'm setting up my newsletter, and I just feel bummed because it's a much less quality. And zoho sites was not that easy to use, it was missing a lot of customize features, but the end product is just an effortlessly stunnng site. Campaigns is the opposite. Easy to use, but bland email. Even the templates provided are unimpressive , ugly, and just child's play (REALLY NO OFFENSE MEANT). It's pretty clear that Zoho developers are extremely brilliant and very capable, so I'm not sure why there hasn't been an improvement in this area.

So I'm making a very specific request. Can you please update the email builder to produce stunning emails and templates? I believe in you guys.

Instantly bring subscriber data from contacts, leads, and custom modules and get going with your nurturing process right away.  What has changed?  We have two types of syncs now: Immediate and periodic.  The UI: We have cut down on the number of steps for the sync from three to two.  When to use which sync: Immediate Sync: When you want the data to get reflected in Campaigns as and when it is added in CRM.
