1 - We have a Zoho CRM plus subscription for two users, however every software component that makes up Zoho CRMplus (Reports, CRM, Projects, Social, Support, Survey, Sales IQ, etc... has kept us on a trial version of the software after we have purchased licenses, and we have had to prove the subscription to each support department individually in order to activate that license. We are concerned that this impacts the integration between these components, since we are having a lot of integration problems between these software components.
My question is why is this happening, is our subscription not updated somewhere centrally where it should? who can we escalate this problem to as it seems that each support department is only interested in their component and cannot assist with the overall subscription query?
2 - Our latest invoice has suddenly added two users, and we cannot pay it as the invoice pay link is hard coded to the incorrect amount. We had 2 users on the account and have done nothing on our end to increase this to 4. Zoho has made an error here that is preventing us from paying this invoice.
Who can we speak to to resolve this so that we can pay this subscription?
