This is a must have for Enterprise subscriptions for various reasons. Currently the inventory modules are limited to:
Quotes
Sales Orders
Invoices
Purchase Orders
Apart from these, a custom inventory module could be used for:
Credit Notes
Packing List
Commercial Invoice etc
Given the "limited" and poor integration offered between ZohoBooks and ZohoCRM this is a must have!
The issues with ZohoBooks and ZohoCRM integration are numerous and could take a few long posts to explains. To name a few:
1. No Approval Processes
2. No Data Sharing Rules
3. Books data is exposed to Sales people. Dumb!
4. Quotes SO's Invoices and PO's dont Sync from CRM to Books
5. The inventory modules are replaced with ZohoBooks inventory modules GUI which is full of limitations.
