custom number code quotation

hello, i want to create field in module quotes like this,
"0069/GIT/PRS/XII/2023"

0069 generates the number, this iteration when we create a new quote, but every time the month or year changes the number returns to 1
GIT is the Business Unit get from field business unit
PRS just like that and cannot to change
XII is the month the Quotation was made
2023 is the year Quotation was created

i was create custom function on zoho crm but i stuck in this case. can you give me a solution for this case
