Custom Ticket ID

Custom Ticket ID

Hello,

I have searched and cannot find an answer yet to my issue. I would like to be able to set a start or new format for ticket IDs. something like MMDD-#### or just start from 100. The current was the system creates ticket IDs is too cumbersome for us and our users. Can someone please assist? Thanks
