When adding a booking from the back office, we can search for customers name, and that seems Ok until we get two customers with the same name.
There is no way on the booking form when selecting the customer to decide which customer is which by veiwing or checking phone number or email ???
We have had several phone calls from people who say they did not make a booking, and transpired to be correct name but wrong person!
Can this be addressed please? or am I missing something!
