Customer installation sign off Forms, CRM, Sign
I looking for the best way to achieve this workflow.
This is for an installation sign-off of a deal (large equipment).
I want to be able to create a form that pulls the account information from the Zoho CRM Accounts module ( i think I can do this).
Then send that data in a form to the customer for installation sign off with Zoho Sign.
After that I want the signed document to be shown from Zoho Sign in the Zoho CRM accounts. module I understand how to do this.
Am I correct that i create a form, then send to the customer through Zoho sign at which when it is signed Zoho CRM will pick up that account and form a show through the CRM accounts module?
Or is there a better way to do it?
