Hey guys!
As soon as a deal is won in my CRM I need to onboard the customer using a kanban to make it easier.
I thought of 3 ways to do this:
1. As soon as the deal is won, it is moved to another pipeline, still in the deals module.
2. (I don't use accounts, but only contacts. B2C company). I would create a custom field in Contact called Onboarding and define the onboarding steps in it. And then I would use the Kanban view for that custom field (all of this would be done in the same Contact module).
3. I would do the same thing I mentioned above in 2 but create a custom module called Onboarding.
I think alternative 2 is the best, but I need the opinion of those of you who have more experience than me to know if I will have problems in the future with this choice. How would you do it?
