It will be a cool solution if we will be able to create a customer portal where clients will be able to register by invitation, access to their details and update them, upload their photo, acces to their subscriptions plans and see status live, paused, cancelled.... upgrade or subscribe to additional plans (with special and segmentated offers), pay invoices online,  download their invoices and invoice statement, change their details for future invoices without changing them for old invoices  (Zoho Subscriptions integration on Zoho CRM), contact or schedule calls or meetings with their sales person or account management person and support team (Zoho Calendar/Bookings integration on Zoho CRM), have live assistance with sales iq  (Zoho Sales IQ) or messagebird/similars extension (omnichannel) (MarketPlace extensions integration), access to knowledgment and their support tickets (Zoho Desk integration on Zoho CRM), receive special or personal automated notificacions (Zoho Campaigns push notifications on customer portal or email/SMS campaigns) having the company all data about activity/errors logs and be able to activate different workflows to automate some functions of the portal.
I mean all these options in the same online customer portal accessible via PC, Tablet and SmartPhones (Customer portal or clients App) 
This will be an ideal "Zoho World or  Ecosystem" to improve sales and client retention for online services companies like ours
