Darshan Hiranandani : How can I mute or unmute my audio using a keyboard shortcut?
I’m currently evaluating Zoho Meeting for my meetings, but I’m facing a couple of issues that might be deal-breakers for me. Specifically:
Keyboard Shortcuts: I do a lot of muting and unmuting during meetings, and I’m looking for a way to do this quickly using keyboard shortcuts. Currently, Zoho Meeting doesn’t seem to support this feature, and it’s crucial for my workflow.
Voice Confirmation: The voice confirmation for mute and unmute is quite disruptive and annoying, especially with frequent toggling. I’d prefer a more discreet method of managing audio.
Has anyone found workarounds or solutions for these issues, or do you know if Zoho Meeting plans to address them? Any suggestions or alternative tools that might better suit these needs would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees.
