We would like to delete topics from Zoho Campaings but we are encountering the following error:



"You cannot delete this topic as it is used in the components mentioned below", but, since we removed the topic we want to delete from all automations we can't find anywhere else the topic is used except for that all marketing contacts are already subscribed to the topic.

So, we would like to mass update all Marketing subscribers removing that Topic.
However we can't do it neither with "Mass Update" Option, neither with "Assign Topics" option. Being the last one only for adding new topics consent, but not for substracting them. 



Our questions are:
  1. Which will be the best procedure to remove a specific topic from All Contacts? (we would like to avoid a workflow for updating them)
  2. How can we delete the topic that is already asociated with some contacts?
