I have been beating my head on the Deluge wall for over a week now. Watched dozens of videos. Read lots of help forums. Read docs galore.  

Is there any decent training available? Please something more than "it is so simple...." or "here are all the great things it can do" 

Most of the stuff I find is pre 2018 and does not reference the current functionality.
