In Zoho Desk, you have the flexibility to set categories and permissions for users and groups, but the 'users' database is horribly inflexible. A user in an existing company cannot log in and see articles relevant to their business without an agent manually adding them to the correct group.
This is not scalable, so we needed to find another way.
You have Federation via some IDPs, but no OIDC, despite accepting the request 14 YEARS ago.
So we are left with the SAML integration.
I've did get that working with a 3rd party IDP, but I am dismayed to find that my logged in test user cannot see ANY Knowledgebase articles.
How can I fix this please?
Do I have to move my KB outside Zoho?
