Hi, this is the second time I use campaigns to make a newsletter.

First time it took me hours (almost days even) to get the formatting correct. This time it's not really any better...

How come that sometimes:

- you can select a picture and adjust the size and sometimes you can't and sometimes it's by dragging by the corners of the picture, sometimes it's by adjusting height and width in the menu?

-  delete is effectively delete and sometimes it's a return (adding space instead of deleting it!)

- you can't copy paste text from instance MS Word without the formatting changing completely (and then I just mean that it's not black anymore, but grey instead, I'm not talking about bullets or numbering or all kinds of flashy colors)?  And sometimes you can and sometimes you can't.

- I sometimes can't scroll up or down... Than I have to save & close before I can scroll again...

Why can't you select with the mouse? I always have to do it old-school, by shift + arrows.

And worst of all, the result in outlook is ugly...especially different formats of texts, whilst in campaigns it's all the same...in Hotmail result is ok, in gmail too (except that there's a part of the text in purple and a part in black and all my flat text is supposed to be in black) , but in outlook it's ugly... and as it is b-to-b, I suppose more outlook will be used than Hotmail...

I really like the concept of having all with 1 provider, we use Zoho invoice and we use Zoho CRM.  But I have to admit that with Zoho campaigns, I really loose a lot of time for a simple newsletter with 4 topics and I'm very tempted to sending the mail again as flat text via my regular mail account...

I work with Internet Explorer? Should I work with Mozilla, Edge, Google Chrome?

Anyone has the same experiences as me?  We really want to send more mailings to our clients, but if it always takes me 1,5 days to make a simple mailing, I will look for another solution...
