We love the Zoho Expense app - functions well, VERY simple to manage from an admin perspective, and the ability to have our team easily assign transactions to OUR chart of accounts is fantastic. We moved over from Concur and would never move back - Zoho Expense is WAY BETTER!
One item that Concur did have that was nice was direct integrations with major hotel and airline chains. It would be a very nice feature to allow users to link up their Hilton, Marriott, American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, etc. accounts to Expense so that the invoices automatically are imported when the stay/flight is concluded.
While this might sound like a lazyman's argument (which I might agree), in practice more often than not we find Zoho Expense users are good at adding receipts like gas or food, but seem to consistently forget to import these receipts. It would do my team (and likely any other team that might be less tech savvy) a world of good to have these auto-imported.
I do know you have integrations with 3rd party booking providers already which solves this problem, but this would be very nice for those of us that don't yet use a booking partner.
