Disable Answers Based on Previous Submissions

Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to disable a question's answers based on prior Survey submissions? 

Use Case Example: Office manager is planning an employee lunch where each employee brings a different dish. Office manager sends out Survey to employees. The Survey has a question, "What are you bringing?", and answers are "Cake", "Cookies", "Drinks", "Salad", and "Turkey". Employee1 receives the Survey, and selects "Cake" then submits the Survey. Employee2 receives Survey, and the only available options are "Cookies", "Drinks", "Salad", and "Turkey", and the "Cake" option is either disabled hidden as Employee1 already selected the "Cake" option. 

Just looking to see if this is possible, and if so, how to implement. Thank you.
