We are on MS365 and currently starting with Zoho One.
I'm confused about the different options to connect Zoho with Outlook, but I cannot extract the best solution from all these options.
I can not find any pro and cons to switch over.
We will need the MS Office applications for business reasons and they integrate perfectly with Outlook and Teams.
How do I best connect Zoho to MS365? If I stay on MS365, are there any functionalities in Zoho One, which would not be available for me?
- email tracking?
- link open tracking?
- mass mails?
If I move to Zoho Mail and calendar, how would I integrate with MS Teams? I don't expect all my peers to jump on Zoho Meeting instead.
How are iPhones and Android phones integrate with Zoho Mail and Calendar?
